A busy Eastern Bays clinic that needed people to book without picking up the phone.
Project description
Mission Bay Physiotherapy see a lot of first-time patients who arrive sore, unsure what's wrong, and unsure whether ACC covers it. The old site made them hunt for answers. We rebuilt around the two things those people actually want: a clear explanation of what happens in a first appointment, and a booking button that's never more than a thumb-reach away.
Service pages are written in everyday language rather than clinical shorthand, ACC information sits where people look for it, and the team profiles give a face to the person you'll be lying on a table with. The header stays on screen as you scroll, so the appointment button follows you down every page.
